CAMELLÉT goods are carefully and pasionated handmade by experts colombian artisans. variations in the color and grain of the leather pieces are the beautiful and natural characteristics of it, each natural mark make every piece unique.

Special care is advised for the leather goods , as contact with lacquer, perfume, and anything containing alcohol can cause damage. as well, please keep your bag away from prolonged itensed sunlight, heat and humidity, exposure to water, oil, or makeup. You should take care to avoid rubbing, smooth leather types, against rough or sharp surfaces to minimise scratching.

To maintain and conserve your camellét item in the best condition, we recommend storing the product in its original packaging. if your camellét item gets wet, please remove any excess without rubbing, with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature.

Ordering & Shipping

Camellét have free colombian shipping. International shipping rate vary depending on your location and speed of shipment.

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

Colombian orders will be shipping from 2 to 7 business days.

International orders will be shipping from 5 to 10 business days.

Requesting return

You can request a return, in case of manufacturing defect, up to 2 days after receiving your order. As long as the goods and original packaging are in the same condition and you follow the process.

To request a return and follow the process, please contact us on [email protected] if you do not have a camellet account, you will need to activate one. all you have to do is contact our customer service and they will assist with the replacement of your ítem.

Gift packaging 

You will receive your camellét order in our extraordinary unique packaging. The items will come protected by camellét tissue paper, a cotton cover and arranged in our white-blush box.

If your order is a gift, we will add camellét ribbon and card in the top of the box.
